About the Author.

This is Carl Hyndman’s first novel.  The story line, plot and locations were inspired by his career as an international banker and his early travels in Europe and the Middle East.  Like the central character, he attended Columbia University and worked for a variety of Banks, including Citibank, Wells Fargo and the Federal Reserve.

His views on the various conspiracies introduced in the book come from his natural skepticism and late night internet surfing.

He is now semi-retired and lives in Southern California, not far from the venues in the novel.
